1. Who We Are

FlashCom provides digital services, tools, bots, and APIs primarily via Telegram and web platforms. Our official website is https://flashcom.rf.gd.

We also operate the GetMart platform through appgetmart.rf.gd.

2. What is GetMart?

GetMart is a FlashCom product that allows users to explore, upload, and download Telegram bots and source codes, connect with external platforms like Bots.Business (BB), Telebot Creator (TBC), Telebot Host (TBH), and access APIs. FlashCom does not own or operate BB, TBC OR TBH.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Telegram ID, Username, First & Last Name – to verify and manage accounts.
  • Email Address – required for account linking or external delivery (e.g., BB/TBC/TBH).
  • Verification Codes – temporary one-time codes for email verification.
  • IP Address – for fraud prevention, account uniqueness, and security monitoring.
  • Bot Tokens – only if provided by you for bot cloning or customization; stored securely and deleted after use.
  • Usage Data – logs, actions, API requests, and session activities for monitoring and improvements.
  • Device & Browser Info – collected via cookies/local storage to improve service quality.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To verify identity and secure accounts.
  • To deliver bots, codes, or APIs to you.
  • To provide support, resolve disputes, and respond to requests.
  • To prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.
  • To improve services and develop new features.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Telegram Login

We provide two ways to log in with Telegram:

a) Telegram OAuth Login

When you log in using Telegram’s official login widget, we receive:

  • Telegram ID
  • First and Last Name
  • Username
  • Profile Photo (if available)
  • Authorization Hash and Auth Date

This data is validated with Telegram’s official API and used solely for secure login, fraud prevention, and linking your GetMart account. We never request your Telegram password and cannot access your private Telegram messages.

b) Telegram Bot Login

You may also log in by interacting with our official Telegram Bot. In this case, we collect:

  • Telegram ID
  • First and Last Name
  • Username
  • Profile Photo (if available)

Your Telegram ID acts as your unique account identifier, and authentication is handled directly by our system. We never request or store your Telegram password. By using bot login, you allow us to link your Telegram identity (ID and public profile information) to your GetMart account.

6. Email Verification

We require a valid email address for account verification and linking to external services (e.g., BB/TBC/TBH). During verification:

  • A one-time verification code is sent to your email for security purposes.
  • Codes expire within a short timeframe (e.g., 10 minutes) and cannot be reused once expired.
  • Emails (such as verification codes or password reset links) are sent via our Gmail account. While the outgoing email contents technically pass through our system, we do not access or log these emails.

Your verified email is stored securely and never shared publicly. You may request deletion or update of your email at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our sites and apps may use cookies or local storage to remember preferences, manage logins, and enhance security. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share data when necessary:

  • With third-party services (e.g., BB, TBC, TBH) for bot delivery.
  • With verified FlashCom staff to provide support or handle abuse reports.
  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We never sell, rent, or trade user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Admins may access user account details only for debugging, support, or security purposes. Passwords and verification codes are never visible in plain text.

9. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as required for service delivery and legal compliance. Sensitive tokens and verification codes are stored temporarily in our database. They automatically expire after a short period or after being used, and cannot be reused once expired. System logs (such as access, error, and security records) may be kept for tracking purposes without a fixed retention period. While logs are generally retained long-term, they may be deleted occasionally as part of system maintenance. In rare cases of database failure, we may restore data from backups or require users to recreate accounts if data cannot be recovered. We do not sell or trade user data or backups.

10. Data Security

We implement safeguards such as encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted admin access. Verification codes and API tokens are short-lived. However, no system is completely secure. We are not liable for breaches caused by external providers or factors beyond our control.

11. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request corrections, updates, or deletion of your data.
  • Unlink your Telegram or verified email upon request.
  • Request complete erasure of your account and related records via @FlashComSupport.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

13. Third-Party Services

We work with external platforms such as Bots.Business, Telebot Creator and Telebot Host. Their separate policies apply, and FlashCom is not responsible for how they manage user data.

14. Behavior and Usage Policy

By using FlashCom and GetMart, you agree not to:

  • Abuse bots, APIs, or services.
  • Spam, exploit, or attack system vulnerabilities.
  • Upload malicious or unauthorized content.
  • Impersonate staff or commit fraud.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent banning.

15. Payments and Donations

Payments and donations are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, crypto wallets). Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

16. Data Breach Handling

If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users as quickly as possible, provide recommended steps (e.g., token resets), and log incidents for auditing.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
